Reports, plans, inspections, measurements, approvals, checks, assessments, checklists... Every part of the building process requires evidence.

When you engage a private building surveyor (or a Council) to issue your building permit there are items that the building surveyor MUST confirm prior to being able to issue you with your permit.

Often these items require an inspection, report or certification.
